Lucian Tarnowski Founded and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Brave New Talent Limited. Mr. Tarnowski has been honoured as Europe's youngest Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum. He is winner of the Global Enterprising Young Brit of 2009 and was named as one of Britain's rising business stars by The Spectator Business. He is on the UKTI Global Entrepreneur Program with BraveNewTalent being described by the UK Government as a "Technology Company of Exceptional Potential". He plays an active role in the UK tech startup scene and speaks regularly around the world on the way social recruiting is changing the global talent market. Aside from BraveNewTalent, he has a long association to India and is a youth advisor for Next Generation India on the Board of the UK India Business Council. In his spare time he runs Take Heart India, a no-overheads charity that provides blind students in rural India with the IT skills that guarantee them a job for life. Mr. Tarnowski has big plans for the growth of BraveNewTalent and has managed to gain to support of many of the top business leaders bringing ever closer to achieving its mission. He describes his ultimate mission for BraveNewTalent as 'Democratising Education, Meritocracising Opportunity'.
